Leadership

Our development centers provide great value to help your employees define their next development paths. This would be part of our “Explore Development Center” where employees will simulate and be assessed on classic tasks to be faced as a leader. Our development centers allow for self-reflection and every employee will receive an individualized development plan with a clear recommendation.

We understand that sometimes it is only a small amount of employees that face specific challenges. For those situations, we created our coaching and feedback sessions, where we help a specific group of leaders (1-5 participants) to face and overcome those challenges and reach the goals. We place a special focus on personal growth and development. This service is based on agile coaching principles.

Women face gender-based challenges at work. To create a more gender balanced work culture in your company, we have created this kit that can be adapted to your company’s needs and can be made available to your leadership teams. 

The goal of this kit is to establish gender balance in your main organizational processes (performance, recruiting etc.) and provides:

  • Insights to create awareness on the topic (e.g. videos)
  • Check-lists & step-by-steps guides for implementation
  • Workshop formats (if wanted) for training opportunities

Women in Business

Our Women Leaders Lab (1,5 days) focuses specifically on the strengths and growth potential of women interested in a leadership position or women that already are in a leadership position. With our new concept, we allow each participant of the “lab” to find her own leadership style and provide key insights and tips for a successful career. We use a mixture of self-reflection, coaching circles, practice and feedback to provide a program, that will support women in your organization thrive a leadership career.

Sometimes all it takes, is some inspiration and key insights to improve our own careers. We provide those insights and inspiration through a series of presentations that can be fitted to the needs of women in your organization. We also place a big importance on the „exchange part“. After every presentation, we want the women to have the chance to exchange on the topic discussed to be able to learn from each other and address pain points in the group (coaching circles).
